Dallas Chapter

National Headquarters of the Order is located at 435 North Lee Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314. The United States is divided into 14 Regions under the leadership of the Commander-in-Chief elected at the National Convention. Regions generally are further divided into Departments. Departments contain states and chapters. The National Constitution and Bylaws are the supreme law of the Order.

The Commander-in –Chief is assisted by the Chief of Staff who serves as the Executive Officer at National Headquarters. He manages the administrative affairs of the order and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Order’s magazine, Officer Review.

The Commander-in-Chief also has a staff of a Senior Vice Commander and four Junior Vice Commanders elected also at National Convention. Additional Staff and committees are appointed or elected each year at the convention.

This year’s National Commander-in-Chief, Col. Philemon St. Amant, II USA, is from Baton Rouge, LA . We are also honored to have as a members, Past CINC Col.Homer Schmidt USA (Ret) and CAPT Rollie Stevens USN (Ret), as a member to the newly elected senior vice commander, with Col. Clifford Way USAF (Ret), a past chapter and region commander.
